What makes the P2 Pro different

The P2 Pro combines two fitness machines in one:

  1. Walking mode: Standard walking pad. 0.6–3.8 mph, 2.5 HP motor, 265 lb capacity.
  2. Vibration mode: The belt vibrates at low amplitude (1–2 mm) at 10–15 Hz. Stand on it for 10–15 minutes for whole-body vibration training.

You can use the modes independently or together (walk + vibration simultaneously).

The walking pad experience

As a pure walking pad, the P2 Pro is average. 65 dB at 2.5 mph (louder than UREVO or DeerRun). Belt is 45" usable. Motor is 2.5 HP. App is buggy. Comparable to a Goplus 2-in-1 in walking-only mode.

The vibration experience

The vibration mode is the unique selling point. The research on whole-body vibration is mixed — some studies show modest benefits for bone density, circulation, and lymphatic flow. Other studies show no effect. The consensus: it's not magic, but it's not useless either.

In our testing, we used vibration mode for 10 minutes after walking sessions. Subjectively: legs felt less heavy, recovery seemed faster. Objectively: hard to measure.

Who should buy this

  • Users who specifically want a vibration plate + walking pad in one machine
  • People with limited space who can't fit two machines
  • Buyers interested in recovery modalities (vibration may help with DOMS)

Who should skip this

  • Most buyers — the UREVO 2.5HP with Incline at $249 is a better walking pad for $20 more
  • Users who don't care about vibration
  • Users who want quiet operation (65 dB is louder than UREVO/DeerRun)

The verdict

The Sperax P2 Pro at $229 is a niche product. If you specifically want a vibration plate + walking pad hybrid, this is the best-executed version we've tested. For most buyers, the UREVO 2.5HP with Incline at $249 is a better walking pad for $20 more.
