- Review units: Brands may send review units to the same address. Note that receiving a unit does not guarantee coverage or a positive review.
- Advertising & partnerships: We currently do not accept sponsored content or paid placements. Display advertising is handled through Mediavine/AdSense; please don't email about buying direct ad inventory.
What to include in your email
To help us reply faster, please include:
- The URL of the article you're referring to (if applicable)
- Your specific question or correction
- Your walking pad model and desk setup (if you're asking a setup question — context matters)
Common questions we can't answer
A few things we get asked a lot but can't help with:
- Medical advice. We're not doctors. If you have a health condition — especially joint, cardiac, or balance issues — please consult your physician before starting a walking routine.
- Order status or returns. We don't sell products. If you ordered through Amazon, please contact Amazon customer service or the seller directly.
- Warranty claims. Same as above — reach out to the manufacturer or the retailer you purchased from.
- "Which walking pad should I buy?" We get this a lot, and the honest answer is "it depends on your budget, your space, and your weight." Our 2026 Buying Guide walks through the decision tree.
